Volunteers from the Morito Group conducted a cleanup activity at Imako-ura Beach.

On Monday, May 11, 2026, approximately 20 volunteer executives and employees

from the Morito Group participated in a beach cleanup at Imako-ura Beach in Hyogo Prefecture.

This activity is part of the Morito Group’s environmentally conscious initiative, Rideeco®︎,

and has been held annually since 2020 with the cooperation of the Kasumi Tourism Association in Kami Town.

Although we were blessed with clear skies on the day,

the beach was littered with all sorts of trash, large and small,

including fishing gear, plastic bottles, and ropes.

As a result of the participants’ careful collection efforts,

we gathered so much trash that it overflowed the containers, which had been empty at the start.

The Morito Group will continue to engage in environmental conservation activities in collaboration with the local community.

After the cleanup, the beach was transformed into a beautiful sight,

and even “Frog Island,” a local landmark of Imako-ura, seemed to be smiling.
